4 Ways to Protect Yourself from Other People's Energy and Hurting

Here are 4 steps to shielding your free energy:

one. Mantra: Stay on your own journey.

When you notice yourself getting caught upwards with someone else's emotions, apply this mantra:stay on your ain journey. 2. Grounding: anchor your spiritual energy in your physical body.

Grounding is the most important step to self-protection.
